SHYAMPRASAD P.
Shyamprasad P brings 15 years of professional experience, including 8 years in executive search and leadership hiring across technology, digital, and high-growth business environments.
His experience spans funded startups, GCCs, IT services, IT products, and enterprise organizations, with prior stints at EMA Partners, Michael Page, and Colosseum Consulting. He is an MBA graduate from NMIMS Mumbai and holds a B.Tech degree from NIT Calicut.
His approach to recruiting has been shaped by a strong focus on operational discipline, structured execution, and modern recruiting workflows — principles that form the foundation of ikazen Consulting.
